We're using an inefficient and crappy American typewriter, and are unable to add the necessary umulet -- you know, those two little dots -- over the e in Raphael's name. Still, we'd never have thought of enlarging the name so that this top half of the letter and the umulet itself turn into an exclaiming smiley-style face. That's the kind of simple and creative design you'll find at this branding firm... or as they put it: 'fresh ideas' that lead to 'winning deals'.
